SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
If for any unforeseen reason a product needs returned, you will have 30 days from receipt of it to return providing it has its original condition packaging and is not used. All packaging must be included in returns and include a return code from our company. Please contact us immediately for any unforeseen issue you had. We will get your details & provide the return address to ship to with its code necessary. Upfront product return shipping is at the expense of the customer.  Upon return receipt refund is determined.
If a product is seasonal returns are only accepted providing the season has not passed and also within the 30 days. Open DVD's are considered used and can not be returned. If something is unforeseen on a defective DVD it will be reviewed. Contact on it must be made within 3 days of receipt on the defect & re-reviewed upon its return.  The makers of the DVDS will be involved with any issue encountered. Please note DVD authors who we work with are very careful when allowing sales of them & closely viewed prior to making them available to the public. Thank you!
